Sweet Treat

Fresh Maple Syrup

You may notice that we have buckets hanging from the maple trees at North 64 Farms. This is a process called “tapping” where we extract the sap from maple trees under certain conditions and refine it into maple syrup. It’s delicious! If you want to try for yourself, you can click the button below and place an order.

Beautiful home on a peaceful farm with very fast and reliable internet connection. We are digital nomads and needed high speed, reliable connection and that's what this place provides. The pictures also don't do it justice… the fireplace and tv setup is perfect. Highly recommend!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the farm house: We loved waking up to see cows and horses on the neighboring farm and we spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week cooking in the beautiful kitchen and enjoying the fire by the Christmas tree (which Jake had provided). All of the holiday decorations were a nice touch. And we were a short drive from Granville and Heath/Newark. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful farmhouse on 64 acres with terrific views. Sweet family with big hearts and smiles. A wonderful time away with our family! We will come back!

We used North 64 Farms for our August wedding. The Warner’s were easy to work alongside and ensured I had everything I needed from their end. The venue was clean and fit our 50 guests very nicely.

Fantastic place. The house is very spacious the views are incredible. We hosted a small wedding here had plenty of room. The patio area is a big plus. The owner was very responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend this place for your next event!!!
